We have movers we can recommend for a fee who can assist you with very heavy or specialty items.

It often depends on the value of the items remaining and the client’s timeframe. Most clients choose to donate many of the leftover items to charity, but we can work with you to send more valuable items to an auction. We can also arrange junk companies and oversee the process of getting your home cleaned out.

It depends on the size of your home. However, after the initial consultation, it usually takes 1-3 days.

Each home is different. The purpose of our initial consultation is to make recommendations and review alternatives and costs. Sometimes our recommendations consist of a combination of your furniture & décor and rented furniture and décor. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a customized plan for the price-point of every house, and work hard to find a solution to meet every budget.

Statistics show that professionally staged houses show better, sell faster, and can also bring in higher offers. While nobody can guarantee any particular result, there is a reason that model homes are all professionally staged – to help you want to buy them! It is also the reason that so many realtors want the houses they sell to have some level of staging as well. Staging is a win-win for everyone.

Yes. Ask about our multi-service discounts. Typically, we will often take a lower commission for your estate sale if you also hire us to sell your house. Staging will also be discounted if you hire us to sell your house.

For Estate Sales, our fee is a percentage of the after-tax profits, usually 30-45%. The percentage is based on the size and scope of your sale, and the estimated value of your items. For professional home staging, we generally charge an hourly fee, but it depends on the size of the job. Alternative fee arrangements are sometimes possible for larger jobs.
