Estate Sale Services

Estate Sales

An Estate Sale can be an extremely stressful and emotional process. Whether for you or your aging parents, let us alleviate some of that stress by handling all aspects of your sale.

How Our Estate Sales Work

Our team of professionals work to make sure your estate sale is a success!

Before An Estate Sale

Before The Sale

We start with an initial consultation in your home where we discuss the scope of the sale, potential sale dates, and how the process will work. Then we come back once or twice more to take an inventory and pictures of the items for the sale. We price the items based on our research and expertise, advertise the sale, and prepare your home for the sale.

During An Estate Sale

During The Sale

Our professional team will manage all aspects of the sale including answering customer questions, collecting payments including applicable taxes, and providing limited loading assistance (see FAQs). We will provide enough staff during the sale to make sure it gets the proper coverage and supervision needed.

Note: Due to COVID-19, we are requiring that everyone wear masks, limit the number of people in the home and provide hand sanitizer.

Services Moving

After The Sale

We will discuss with you how to handle any remaining items. The options can include donating, disposing, or sending items to auction or consignment. We will make suggestions and let you know if there are additional fees for any of the options. We can help arrange the clearing of the house and oversee the process until your home is empty and ready for sale. Remember, we can also stage your home, if needed, and then LIST it!

I was assisted by Susan Soll, who runs estate sales under www.lifeinstagesga.com (inventory, listing, sales management and more). She has been so compassionate and thoughtful through the entire process; highly recommend!"
